It is a very nice picture. I like it. Her hair and face are very well-done. Thefingers are especially well-drawn; they're always one of the hardest spots on the human body to draw correctly.
However, I see a few tiny problems on it. First, the left hand has fingernails while the right one doesn't. Second, the shoe soles look different. One looks thicker than the other. Third, the waist looks a bit thin. IIRC the rule is the waist should be about the same width as the face.
The final suggestion I have is more stylistic. You didn't do this wrong, but I'd define the thing she is sitting on more.

Yes, I agree with this. I think just doing these little line art stuff last year was me kinda figuring out the human body. The waist to head ratio is always the hardest for me, since anime can go from bigger to smaller and yada yada, it's the artist's perception. So taking a go from general anime artists is kinda... doesn't help as much as I'd like. I think I may be getting a bit better with this problem, though all the pictures I have yet to scan have been guys... and dragons... so there's a lack of feminine curvature there. Meh, me needs more practice still, and until I get that bloody digital pad I've been eying at the store, I think I may still have proportion problems, since I draw at an angle, not sitting vertical.

And yah, I... didn't quite know what to make her sitting on. So I got lazy heh. I'm gonna keep working on that head/waist proportions, as well as.... FEET, I can't draw FEET.
